Day 1
New York City, Arrival
Arrive in New York City and begin your visit at Grand Central Station. Then it’s off to the iconic Empire State Building. Dinner at a famous restaurant and dessert at chocolate heaven. End your first day in NYC in the spectacularly illuminated Times Square, “the Crossroads of the World”.
Day 2
New York City
Day 2 begins with a visit to the National 9/11 Memorial, followed by lunch at a famous hotspot. After lunch is a visit to a world-famous chocolate factory and a famous historical beautiful green space. Go underground for a Subway ride for an entertaining and educational Food Tour.
Day 2
Day 3
New York City
After breakfast enjoy a chef demonstration and tasting tour of a top tier Culinary Center. Spend some time at a famous landmark in Soho, followed by shopping on Canal St before heading to an early dinner at a hip restaurant, from Chef Jean-George’s restaurant collection. The evening ends with a dazzling Broadway Show.
Day 4
Upstate New York
This morning, head upstate to the Hudson Valley for a visit to the world-class Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park, NY. After a private tour, enjoy a curated lunch, visit the FDR Presidential Library where American history comes alive. If time permits on the way back to the city, you’ll stop at the StoneBarn Center for Food and Agriculture to learn about sustainable agriculture and farming for healthy food systems.
Day 4
Day 5
New York City, Departure
Union Square Farmers Market followed by a behind-the-scenes tour and lunch at Top of the Rock in Rockefeller Center. After lunch, visit Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum before stopping to shop at the world’s largest Macy’s in Herald Squareheading. Then it’s off to the airport for the flight home with a lifetime of memories and experiences.
